2. Booking and Scheduling
- Service Requests: All service requests are subject to availability. We recommend booking in advance, especially for deep cleaning or specialized services.
- Cancellations/Rescheduling: We require at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellation or rescheduling of a booked service. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee.
- Access to Property: You must ensure our team has safe and accessible entry to the property at the scheduled time. If we are unable to access the property, a lock-out fee may apply.
3. Pricing and Payments
- Quoted Price: The price quoted for our services is based on the information provided by you. Any significant discrepancy in the condition or size of the property may result in an adjustment to the final price, which will be communicated and agreed upon before work commences.
- Payment Terms: Payment is due upon completion of the service, unless otherwise agreed upon in advance. We accept various payment methods, which will be provided at the time of booking.
- Late Payments: For commercial clients with agreed-upon invoicing, late payments may be subject to a late fee.
4. Our Guarantee
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of our cleaning service, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion. We will return and re-clean the specific areas in question at no additional charge. This guarantee does not apply if you or other persons have interfered with the cleaned areas after our team has departed.
5. Client Responsibilities
- Valuables: While we take utmost care, we recommend that you secure all valuables, delicate items, and sentimental possessions prior to our arrival. We are not responsible for loss or damage to items that are not secured or clearly communicated as fragile.
- Hazards: Please inform us of any hazardous conditions, unsafe areas, or potential risks within the property that could affect the safety of our cleaning team.
- Pets: If you have pets, please ensure they are secured or properly managed during the cleaning service for their safety and the safety of our team.
6. Damages
Ana Cleaning Shine is insured. In the unlikely event that damage occurs to your property during our service due to our negligence, please notify us immediately, and certainly within 24 hours. We will investigate the incident and work towards a fair resolution. We are not responsible for pre-existing damages or damages caused by faulty installation or poor maintenance of property.
7. Limitation of Liability
Ana Cleaning Shine's liability for any damages arising out of or in connection with our services, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, shall be limited to the cost of the cleaning service provided. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

9. Governing Law
